Interview
Interview was ok. Plan for zoom. I was a little lackluster fumbling with an update to zoom the day I had a follow up. My in person went great, I was assertive, and truly wanted to join the team. Not having time to meet with a potential sales rep in person was a turn off. If you expect people to visit face to face, you would expect to give them 30 minutes to meet them to see if they are good for that exact role.
Multiple stages with many different sales leaders and not much communication afterwards. Was told I would be receiving a follow up interview but did not get any reach out. The hiring rep wasn’t very attentive and descriptive on what I should look out for.
