The Recruiter from Georgia did a horrible job of scheduling a interview and to follow up on a time to schedule a Pre Screen Interview. She did not return calls. She gave information that this position was professional and would pay a high base which is not the case. The hiring manager did not have his college degree and the interview process was backwards before we followed the hiring script. He did not know how to recognize talent.
