      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Augusta, GA) in Apr 2017

      Interview

There were in total like 5 interviews. They do this to see how consistent you are and to see if you fit into their corporate culture. They ask questions about yourself, your family. They ask how long would you stay with the company. They ask about previous jobs and experience. If you pass the first few interviews they will pay you for a day to ride with someone so you can see the work you will be doing to see if you like it and are interested.

      Interview

Someone from HR found me on indeed.com and decided, based on my resume, that I have potential to work for them. The next step was a phone interview, which felt like it went very well. Next, a 6 hour paid "ride-along" with another representative, which also went very well (He told me I killed it/was a hard worker/will put in a good word). Next, a 3rd interview over Microsoft Teams application, which is obviously not ideal for an interview, but again, went pretty well. Finally, I received a call the following Monday and was told that they had decided not to proceed with the application process with no explanation. Very big waste of time. Would have appreciated at least some kind of human emotion during that phone call but that's the way these corporations work. There is no room for real human beings, only profits. Don't let them trick you into believing otherwise.

      Interview

There were about five interviews with around a week in between each one. It was a lengthy process. They were all typical in nature, with normal questions, just with different managers.

      Question 1

They asked a lot of situational questions. Like “ how would you react in this scenario”?

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cintas (Portland, OR) in Jun 2017

      Interview

Extensive and long. Expect 4 to 8 weeks until the process is complete. Not a difficult process, just drawn out. The ride along is very informative and gives a good perspective of what the job entails.
