They interviewed me on campus, which went well. Took an online test that asked me questions related to math problems, reading, writing, etc. It wasn't too bad. They called me for a next interview, but were not going to pay for my traveling expenses. I drove 4 hours to the location for the interview to last an hour and get a generic email that night saying I did not advance onto the next interview. Cheap company because they aren't willing to pay for your transportation to interview you.

Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.

Interview
Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
