Interview
I met with them at my college job fair. I then met with a plant manager on my college campus. From there, I got a call back for a final interview at the plant site itself and met with two different floor managers, I lost all interest when I walked into the plant itself. This is a blue collar job with a white collar name.

Not the hardest interview, would recommend doing some research on the company prior. Have a list of accomplishments and goals with you, the interview can be short or long depending on the manager/HR rep.
process was long and not worth it. I would recommend taking a different career route. Lots of hours work and very early mornings to late nights. They mentioned working for more than 12 hours on some days
