Three stages of interviews. One with a recruiter, local plant, and the GM of the plant I worked at over the summer. Recruiter interviewed to get a grasp of your personality. Second interview was revolved around teamwork experience. And third interview was to see if you are a good fit for the plant.

Interview
Phone interview. Very easy and extremely relaxed. The interviewer asked question about my work history and the career goals associated with my degree. It was a pleasant experience. I am considering my options.

Where do you see yourself in our company in the future?
I originally had a phone interview and then was brought into the office for a Round Robin interview. I has five 30 minutes interviews with 2 interviewers in each.

Interview
Two Management Trainees for Cintas interviewed me for a summer intern position. They asked the typical questions to get to know me and why I think I would be a good fit for this position. At the end of the interview they gave me the email address to their human resources manager to set up another interview.
