I applied through university. I interviewed at Cintas
Interview
5-6 rounds of interviews. 3rd round in-person, around 3-hour interview. Some interviews are short others are lengthy, really get a feel for the company. Questions are STAR based, a mix of hybrid and in person questions!
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
