Applied for a role within the marketing team after seeing it heavily promoted across all their social media platforms. Despite the massive marketing campaign driving applications, neither I nor several other qualified fresh graduates who applied were ever contacted for an interview. They ultimately hired an internal candidate. It is highly disappointing that the marketing department used a job opening as a PR stunt for social media engagement, wasting the time and effort of external applicants.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Cincinnati Children's Hospital
Interview
The interview process at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center was easy and relaxed overall. The conversation felt more like a casual discussion than a formal interview, with the interviewer focusing on getting to know me, my experience, and why I was interested in working there. The questions were straightforward, mostly about teamwork, communication, and handling different situations, and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions too. The atmosphere was welcoming and not intimidating, which made it easier to feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.
