Completed the application online and was contacted about two weeks later for a virtual interview with their HR. The interview went well and had a second with the hiring manager who was friendly and very knowledgeable. My background was not specifically related to this role but I was happy to learn more about the opportunity and to be given the chance to interview.

The interview process had four rounds: a brief phone interview with HR, a 1-hour Zoom panel interview with the department managers, an in-person case study focused on a packaging brief, and a final HR interview to assess cultural fit.
