Slow and it took several interviews before I was told I had the job. Then it was another time frame to meet with the managers, It was with HR, Engineering, Operations, then a supervisor, then there was skills testing that took 4 hours. it was a lot of time and energy to get the appointment and interview. Sometimes it was hard to communicate with HR
