If you have a brain you have a job. Experience is preferred but not necessary. Very casual conversation with the manager or the owner. You have to be available to work every weekend and holidays
easy a couple of questions and in-person drink-making and meeting with other bartenders. You also had to know some drinks. I also was shown where everything was in the bar.

Interview
Very fas, simple and straight to the point. It lasted about 15 min. The interviewer basically asked me questions to make sure I was right for the job and went over every task I had to do. This was my second job and first time working at a restaurant.
