It was overall a really bad interview experience. I had a good conversation with the recruiter in the phone screening process and was scheduled for an on-site interview immediately after and told I'll be interviewed with 3 or 4 people in the team. However, they later decided to have a current intern to do a 30mins phone interview instead. During the 2nd phone interview, the intern(who is a MBA student I believe) is very unprofessional. I can hear clearly the background noises of football games and people chatting and laughing really loud. And I had to ask the interviewer to repeat ALMOST all questions since he spoke very soft too and it was so hard to catch what he said. It was a horrible experience and it made me feel the company already decided not to hire me anyway so that they just send this intern to do whatever.
