Interview
The interview consisted of 1 screen call with the recruiter, followed by 1 with the hiring manager, then 1 with a team member, and a final case assessment. All in all the process took roughly 4 weeks from start to finish. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. The team was very communicative and quick to respond. Overall a really great experience!

Interview questions were very role specific, and mostly open ended questions, but a few example questions were:
- How would you go about prioritizing multiple ongoing projects?
- Can you give an example of a photoshoot you produced and the process you took to execute?
- Can you tell me about a time where a project went wrong, what happened and how did you work to fix it?
