Interview
Very laid back interview process with the CEO who posted the ad. Easy questions and more about personality than skill set. CEO is very excited about technology and his company and is easy to talk to. After the initial interview with CEO had interview with the Technical Services Manager. He asked some questions that were technical but not hard.

Interview
The interview process was initiated with a phone call to explain the position and see if I would be interested in meeting with them for in-person interviews. I accepted and met the COO in-person for a casual meeting which included a detailed description of the position and the benefits offered by the company. I was interested in moving forward and scheduled an in-person technical interview. The technical interview included the COO, a project manager, a Sr. Systems Engineer, and a Director. The questions were challenging, but not impossible. The questions were to find out the extent of my knowledge and where my strengths and weaknesses were. Everyone I met with was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was very pleased that the salary and benefits were discussed early on in the process.
