Interview break into 2 steps.
1. First round start with HR manager interview to discuss about previous working experiences, different work place history, role and responsibilities. Where or how did you know about this job and other standard interview questions.
2. Second round interview with department manager with the job you are apply for. Discuss your role description, qualification and what will be given tasks. Manager will ask more specific questions such as given you a scenario in a workplace to solve. How will you handle complains etc....
