Phone screen with hiring manager followed by panel interview. A lot of same questions over and over, eg Human Resources asked the same questions as the hiring manager but provided zero company info.
No info will be provided regarding benefits until such time a job offer is extended. Human Resources cannot or will not answer questions about turnover and pretended not to know.
There is no attempt at all to sell the company to the candidate. The philosophy felt like the interview was for the company to choose the candidate, but not for the candidate to choose the company back.
