Chinese Hospital interview questions

The interview was very laid-back and questions were easy to answer. It didn't feel like an interview at all, more like a sit down and chat with a friend type of thing

I had a phone interview, it was casual, unit manager asked me about six easy questions. I remember they were all basic interview questions, nothing behavioral. They hired me on the spot for the SNF. They were urgently hiring.
