Pretty easy since I had the experience and qualifications. Great job for a college student, questions were mostly about my experience. Only one round of interviews. Very clear on what they wanted from an employee and also very thorough in background checks and children safety.
The Director will ask you question according to your resume, it was like a casual talk rather than a formal interview. They care about your flexibility and if you really like kids.

Interview
The interview was friendly talking, but they did not give any feedback about their decision after the onsite interview. They also ignored my inquiry email too. Very bad experience about the interview process. They might hire other one but they did not give you any information about that. They just disappeared! What a terrible interview process and HR. Never thought about any other work in this agency in the future.
