Got a call from my formet CIO at Pequot about a position at Chilton. They were looking for an IT Support Systems Engineer with a strong Windows background with Citrix experience. I emailed their CTO and scheduled the interview. I went in the morning, parked right under their building (near the train station, there is a shuttle to get to the place, but the company was planning to move shortly). The CTO, and a couple of guys from their CT office interviewed me and I was on the phone with another associate from their Manhattan office. They asked me about my past experience, explained their current setup and asked me about my preferences, work ethic and my strengths and weaknesses. I answered all questions. The reason they were seeking a new person was because some one was leaving for a different position.
Very informal culture, hands on attitude about work, even the CTO says, he has a title, but he gets in and rolls up his sleeves to work.
