Children's Service Center interview questions

Had interview scheduled and cancelled at last minute. Never heard from them again. Told they would call regardless. Poor organization. They said they urgently needed practitioners but acted like they didn't.

Unprofessional. Failed to ask any relevant information during the interview. Staff conducting interview wore sweat pants and cursed. Asked if I had any questions but then did not answer any of them. Interview lasted about 15 minutes and I was offered a position on the spot without any of my references being checked prior. Filled out paperwork before a formal offer was emailed to me by HR. Would not recommend this organization.
