Interview
The interview was very Basic in the sense that it was not very structured. I felt very comfortable, which was nice as some interview can feel very intimidating but this interview was rather casual, conversational, and pleasant.

Interview
I submitted a resume and got a call from an Nicole the next morning. Went in for an interview that same day and sat down with a sour-faced Nicole and the head of the department I was interviewing for. The head was great. She and pouty face Nicole took turn reading off challenging questions, mostly behavioral and situational. The interview, though a little on the difficult side, went well and they offered me a position with their young girl's department.
Everything sounded great until they said the position would only pay $1.50 above minimum wage. Not enough compensation for the work you'd be putting in working with such an emotionally dynamic group.
