I had a total of three interviews and was offered the job right after the last interview. The process was straight forward and correspondence via email was straight forward as well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Am I detail oriented? Where do I see myself in 5 years?
Straightforward and transparent. The questions were fair. The interviewer was on time and respected my time as well. There was no feedback given after the interview, but that's not uncommon.
I applied online. I interviewed at Children at Risk
Interview
I followed directions and applied online. My application was forwarded to those in charge of that specific internship position, and I received an email to schedule an email promptly. During the interview, they asked me to tell them about myself, but that was pretty much it. I asked questions as well. In general, it was an awkward interview. I could tell that I wasn't the person they wanted, but the experience was okay; they didn't seem to have a clear idea of what projects they would be working on throughout the expected internship period (summer), which I thought they would.
