My experience with children that need mental health intervention.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Child and Family Services (Buffalo, NY) in Jan 2024
Interview
Interviewed by two women. The interview process took approximately 90 minutes. We discussed questions about the position for about an hour and then I was asked to type responses to three or four prompts that were about situations I would be acting in as someone in that role.
I was told I would hear back by the end of the following week but I did not. I reached out early the following week and left a voicemail message. I received a rejection email later in the day from someone I hadn't spoken to before (talent-acquisition specialist) and it was a no-reply so I am unable to follow up for feedback.
