Interview
It was pretty straight forward, and about 2-3 rounds of interviews. The first round, had 2 members of the team, along with the director, and then the second interview with another team member. The last & final one was with the director of the team. Later on in the week of the final interview, I got an offer!
A simple in person interview with the SM. It was conversational and light. The two main focuses were my soft skills and the operations of the store. They were largely looking for someone with strong people skills and knowledge of/interest in sales and apparel products.
