The process was relatively quick. Consisted of maybe 10 questions over 20 minutes. Not incredibly in-depth. It took place at the Chickf-fil-a with a manager. Seemed as if they had several interviews lined up that day.
(2015) Open interviews during their slow period with the owner and his wife. Questions were very basic. Later that day I got a phone call saying I was hired.
(COVID;2020. Different location ) It was Via FaceTime with the hiring manager and owner. It was choppy. They never got back to me whether it was a yes or no.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Corporate (Milford, OH) in May 2022
Interview
Very kind and friendly. Asked many questions just trying to get to know me. They were very understanding and thoughtful in their responses, making my stress slowly decrease throughout the interview process.
First, I went to a group interview. Then, I had a second interview with the hiring manager. Lastly, I had an interview with the owner of the franchise location, who gave me his decision on the spot. I had to call back a couple of times after the initial interview to find out my status in the process.

Question 1
They provided a few riddles and scenarios that we had to complete as a group. I think the hiring manager cared more about seeing how you worked together rather than having the right answer.
