I was reached out by a recruiter and scheduled a phone interview.
The interviewer was very professional and nice, asked lots of C++ language questions and writing a template unique_ptr.

Interview
Applied online for Associate Engineer 2026. The first step was a 34 minute proctored cognitive assessment. Next was a Codility coding test. Recruiters were responsive and clear throughout the process.

Question 1
Standard timed cognitive aptitude questions, including math word problems, verbal analogies, and pattern recognition. Heavy time pressure with around 18 seconds per question.

Initial phone screen with recruiter, discussed contribution types, technology, and work/life balance. Went over background and previous roles, discussed potential openings at a very high level. Overall pretty informal before getting matched for a specific role to interview for.
