It was about a 5-hour interview, including lunch with the full department, a tour, and observed lessons and a one on one interview. It is an intense process but that's standard in teaching interviews.

The interview was meticulous. It was done in two stages, and you can tell they are looking for the right people to work with the children in the school. It is a very supportive environment overall
