Horrible, the interview process started with 4 recruiter calls, then I was scheduled to speak with the reg manager and VP. It took them 2 weeks to get on the same page to schedule me for the interview. After being scheduled I was rescheduled 3 times. Then I was told at the interview they wanted me to spend 2 full days (unpaid) shadowing another center manager and then they would all consult before providing me with the next steps in the process. The only thing consistent about this company is how inconsistent they are. Great Mission statement but it is only words on a page. Treating candidates like this there is no doubt that any one considering this place should be concerned. A true waste of 3 months trying to be considerate thinking they were just growing so fast they couldn't keep up. However; the problem is they just don't care about wasting people's time after all they are receiving a paycheck. This lengthy interview process just tells me that they have no faith in the decision-making skills of the hiring manager and they hide behind the cloak of collaboration. This was all so bad I sent a form letter to all of the private ins companies telling them patient complaints about service should be taken seriously based upon my experiences
