- Screening test (includes a contract review, writing a business letter, and analysis of budget)

Phone interview about your past work, general info on Chemonics, and then where you want to end up. Then in person interview with panel. Know your Chemonics facts before the interview, they like to see that you know the company. My interview process took 1 month, but it was quick after that.
