The recruiter reached out on 3/21, didn't make it to the first interview which was scheduled on 3/28 - there was no communication, nothing. Then out of sudden the recruiter reached out on 4/4 asking me to move forward with the next round of interviews which was with the hiring manager which was scheduled on 4/8. Then I heard back from the recruiter on 4/19 about the next steps at which point 3 more interviews were scheduled on 4/25.
The recruiter reached out more than a week later asking me to hop on a call to give me an update on 5/3, I replied with time slots but received no response. Then I got a notification from Greenhouse asking to provide a review on the hiring process but I never knew what the final decision was. I then reached out to the recruiter to see what the update was and then I found out that they decided to not move forward with my application.
All in all, I enjoyed meeting people that work for the company but I think Checkr needs to hash our their hiring process and make sure that every recruiter stays on top of their game. In my case the recruiter kept playing catch up, not sure why that is but it certainly tainted my experience and perception about the company.
