Checkout.com Front End Engineer interview questions

Initially a fairly standard interview process: - Initial call with Hiring manager (happened to be a video call) - Technical call with an engineer - Technical challenge to do in your spare time (build a web app) - Unknown further steps, see below After completing the take home test and sharing the repository with their engineers, I never heard anything back from the Checkout.com hiring manager. I emailed multiple times asking what was going on but heard nothing - hugely off putting.
