First round with HR, then Hiring manager,then some panel. I didn't proceed after Hiring manager. The recruiter and hiring manager were 1 hour long. Recruiter was very nice to speak to. Hiring manager seemed to have made a pre-conceived opinion about my profile which was evident in his talks. I was able to answer all of his questions, and I felt the role was pretty easy to work. However,the hiring manager doubted my abilities. I have 12+ years of tax experience working with the world's biggest tech companies. I got a generic rejection email. Wasted my time.
