I had 3 interviews at Checkmarx, 2 with managers and another interview with HR. I didn't appreciate the fact that they don't offer to pay for the parking when you come to an interview like most high-tech companies. (The parking is very expensive in that area). The interviews were ok and the people were nice. The problem is that after the interview with the HR, I was told that they would get back to me next week.... which they didn't! After two weeks past by, I sent them an email asking to know if the process will continue and they called me the next day to let me know they moved on with another candidate. I just don't like the lack of transparency and respect - if you say you will call in the next week it's just disrespectful not to do so.
