Easy. They just asked about my credentials, schooling, past job experience, etc. I had no former SLPA job experience outside of observation hours and clinical supervision since I had recently graduated, yet I still came away with a job offer.

Interview
Relaxed interview environment with two friendly staff. They had a printout with three pages of straightforward questions and took notes on the provided answers. Overall, the interview was not intimidating.
They ask a few questions why you're volunteering, and are quite lovely and welcoming. I think they're a great organization and truly do care for their volunteers (sent me a card just to thank me) and do take care of their clients.
