I applied to an online advert on the companies website. I had 2 interviews, during both I was made to feel welcome. One was with a Director and the second was with a different Director followed by a meet the team lunch, both interviews were in their Boardroom. The whole process took about 2 weeks and I was kept up to date regularly.

Interview
I was introduced to Chaseman Group through a friend. I applied directly to a Director. I had two interviews, the first being more formal in their boardroom and the second being more of a meet the team which was followed by a lunch. Contract specifics were discussed and agreed relatively informally and the whole process was completed within three weeks, with my contract being sent for review within 48hrs of the second interview.

Interviewed off-site in Cafe, should set alarm bells ringing, lots of optimism but danced around certain questions like what annual turnover is etc, how many current staff, what was monthly budget for advertising and so on
