I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2018
Interview
I applied for the job, after a couple of hours, I received An email asking me to do a digital interview where I was asked about eight questions and I recorded myself doing that. The questions were basic customer service questions, like background and skills that can help you with the job, and if you have ever dealt with an angry customer and how you handled it, how do you feel about technology and how you use it for your day to day activities, if you have ever shown a colleague or the client how to use a device, what you feel about excellent customer service and the time that you did that, one time you were part of a team & the outcome etc. after that, about a week later I received a phone call which was more like a phone interview and I was asked to come in for a one on one interview. I was interviewed by two people, branch managers just to be exact and after a series of questions I was offered the job.
Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch
