I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Houston, TX) in May 2017
Interview
The interview went very smoothly. It lasted for about 30 minutes, where I was initially asked the "Tell me about yourself" question. Wasn't very intimidating at all, more of a tell me about yourself, let me feel you out on the company.
Pretty easy interview. Just prepare to answer your sales experience, preferably in branch banking. Also be good at charming and making a connection with the interviewers since it is a sales job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chase (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.

Question 1
What were you most proud of in your professional and or personal life?
The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks
