I applied internally and was already well known in the department. I had went through the relief team leader training and was successful. So it was expected i would get at least the interview.

Panel interview, similar questions across most financial institutions. Not challenging. Ask questions and be specific with your answers. Look at each panel member directly, these may be your peers or upper management.

5 person panel interview. Taking several interview questions from each upper management attendees in the room. A very in depth interview with several follow up questions. Overall it was a great learning experience yet can be over whelming if you do not stay focused and very detailed in your answers.
