Nice easy going, they didn’t ask anything that was too personal and they were professional. It was a comfortable environment .. most of the interaction was between me and the manager but the DM also came in to spectate for a few minutes before leaving

very straight forward process, they are not looking for you to make friends just have good customer service and conflict resolution. You are dealing with money so you also wanna express your trustworthiness and money handling skills.
