I underwent a lengthy interview process with Charterup, which took nearly six weeks in total. This process consisted of three interviews, with a fourth planned but was never scheduled. The first stage was a screener interview, followed by a panel interview with four members five days later. The third interview, initially scheduled with the CEO, was postponed by three weeks due to the CEO being on their honeymoon. In the end, I met with the company president because of a scheduling conflict with the CEO. The fourth interview, intended to be with the new CTO, was delayed by an additional two weeks as they were on vacation and unreachable. Unfortunately, I never received an invitation for this final interview, nor any further communication from Charterup. Throughout the interviews, I received positive feedback from the recruiter I was working with, and the interviews were relatively straightforward. However, the reasons provided for the scheduling delays and the lack of follow-up communication suggest there may have been ulterior motives behind these delays. I would advise against applying to Charterup if you value your time.
