Interview
Very weird set up. The manager interviewed me and three other girls at the same time. Walked us to the food court and decided she didn’t want to do it there so went to a different part of the mall. Her boyfriend stopped by to visit her mid interview.
One on one interview with hiring manager, then a group interview with other candidates, all in store. Then did a walkthrough of the store and talked about how the promotions and sales process works.
Quick and fun overall. Group interview, general questions. It was in the food court so pretty casual than most places. I got a call back a few days later, and they asked me if I could start right away.
