Extremely bad experience from my perspective - met with the recruiter for maybe 8 minutes and I got the sense she was not engaged in the conversation. It seemed like she was just trying to hit her weekly call metrics and this was just another one on her calendar. I especially think this given she described the role as being like an agency and they need to hit around 30 screens a week. She flew through her questions, asked no follow ups to any answers, and barely answered any of my questions. As a recruiter with several years in the profession, this was a really disappointing candidate experience. I did end up being moved forward to the next round which is the IQ test, such a joke. What does this test even indicate about recruiting? I don’t think I’ll be completing this.

initial video call, then you have to take an assessment that has nothing to do with recruiting and took almost 2 hours. I then was moved to the next round where the person that interviewed me asked bizzare questions. i kept being asked if i had questions i wanted her to ask about my resume..
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me we had a phone screen. Then they send you a matching test. If you pass they send you additional screening questions. If approved to move forward you speak with a recruiting lead who will be late to the meeting and seem disinterested in the conversation that just rapid fires questions at you. If you move forward you complete a sourcing exercise. Whole process felt like they were just trying to hit their metrics which isn’t surprising as the team sounds like they’re very “metrics driven”.
