I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Charlie Health (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2024
Interview
The first interview was with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Then, I had a second interview with the Clinical Supervisor, who then passed me off to the Senior Acquisition Specialist for talks about salary. All VERY quick and to the point. Fired off next question as soon as I answered. Didn't ask any follow up questions to my answers, but did allow plenty of time for me to ask questions. Reference checks sent off immediately as soon as you submit them.

Question 1
How do you handle difficult/unmotivated clients? How do you motivate clients who aren't ready for change?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health in May 2026
Interview
I took a meeting with a recruiter from Charlie Health about contract work. To save you time, I'll let you know they are looking for facilitators to work evenings for $38 per hour. This is far below normal pay for a licensed therapist. I declined to pursue this further.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview was very brief because the recruiter asked about my usual rate and my availability to work evenings.
I met with a recruiter for a brief and informal interview. The follow ups are requested to be done in 24 hours which make the process feel pressured and rushed.
Half-hour interview with recruiter discussing job requirements and my own work experience. Plenty of time given to candidate to discuss their strengths and goals for their career. Company was prompt with communications and follow up.
