I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Charlie Health (Reno, NV) in Jul 2024
Interview
I complete waste of dedicated time and energy for a company I should have done my research on. You go though 4 interviews, including a mock pitch (where you already feel pressured) to know everything. The recruiter befriends you and makes everything feel personalized including texts saying she’s rooting for you.
They record every interview which seems extremely intrusive.

Interview
Extensive but for a reason. Initial exploratory call with recruiter, formal interview with direct supervisor and then another with the regional supervisor. Plus a case study/mock pitch that they score. Only 2% of applicants make it through

Interview
The process ended up being a lot more intense than I expected. In about a week, I went through four interviews, a very long behavioral assessment (200 questions), and had to prepare a mock pitch.
Everyone I spoke with was kind, but the overall process felt like a lot for one role, especially on such a tight timeline. It required a pretty big time commitment and some last minute schedule changes on my end.

Interview
Basic interview with a recruiter for screening. I was told I would be moving onto the next round, but received a rejection email a few days later. Terrible communication from my recruiter, very fake and misleading.
