Very vigorous. They ask for 4 references but two are acceptable as long as they are managers. If they like you, the process can take a few weeks. If not, it can be longer.

Interview
First phone call was a screening interview to review background experience and scope of the role. Next, I had a virtual interview with a clinical supervisor to dive deeper in the specific role.
