I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Charlie Health (Austin, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
A recruiter contacted me about open positions and referred me to a position I was interested in. All of the calls were video calls, no phone call was involved. The recruiter let me know that this was a new position they are hiring for, everyone else from the team has been promoted internally from the care experience team. From what it seems, the learning and development team is sales enablement, and the care experience team is sales. I didn’t move forward in the process, likely because my background wasn’t a fit.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Charlie Health (Denver, CO) in Jan 2023
Interview
4 rounds, which was a lot but they went fairly quickly. Process got held up at the end, unfortunately, and they changed their mind about what they were looking for. Still seemed like a nice company, just with questionable hiring practices and talent management procedures.
