Employee referral. Initial phone interview with HR to briefly review background. 2nd interview face-to-face with QA Manager for ~ 1hr & then with HR Hiring Manager for another ~ 45mins.

Situational based questions from QA Manager (i.e. conflict resolution, etc.) & HR Manager asked more general questions (i.e. reason for wanting to work for company, where do you see yourself in 5 yrs, why do you think you would be good in this role, etc.)
