I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Charles River Associates
Interview
Started with a screening at my liberal arts college where two junior staff members from CRA asked basic behavioral interview questions (e.g. Why economic consulting, why CRA, etc.). Second round, I was invited to the Boston Office where there was networking with fellow interviewees with staff members interspersed. I then met with four different staff members in the Competition practice which were a mix of behavioral and skills based questions. The first person was a junior staff member who asked a case question about how I would go about defining the market for organic supermarkets. The second asked me to interpret Stata regression output. The third asked me to interpret a linear regression model. The final interview was strictly behavioral.
