The interview was in 4 stages: A brief meeting with the recruiter, a meeting with the hiring manager and team lead, a take-home assignment and finally, an in-person meeting with the team lead and senior members to discuss the assignment as well as meeting team members and getting a tour of the office. It was friendly and professional the whole way through.
