Interview
* The process was: an intro video call → assignment → live coding interview → behavioral interview.
* All conversations were smooth and positive. They provided the results for every phase in a noticeably short period, which allowed the process to wrap up quickly.
* From my research and their culture playbook, the company has a human-centric approach that promotes growth and work-life balance. I got a sense of it during the in-office interview and tour — you feel the ease of interaction and you don't get that rigid look or artificial-smiles vibe you would feel in most companies. I guess part of it is due to the characterful historical office they have :)
* Another thing is the rejection and the feedback delivery — it was considerate and informative. So far, it is actually the best application experience I've had, and it's the only time I received detailed feedback that highlights a very specific area for improvement.
